Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- pass a background check
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working in various areas of different heights
- availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- willingness to work full time Monday to Friday
- preferred bilingual in English and Spanish
- valid driver's license for team leader positions
Job Duties
- Clean clients' homes following Molly Maid quality standards
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- for team leaders, manage team schedules and drive company vehicle safely
- ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and prepared for each job
