Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform cleaning tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- preferably bilingual to communicate with clients

Job Duties
- Clean clients homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow the cleaning process and delight every customer
- communicate with clients and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- make clients feel cared for to build lasting relationships
- manage team schedules and drive safely if in a team leader role
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies
- provide excellent customer service consistently
