Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • minimum of a high school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
  • ability to follow instructions, work quickly, and stay on task
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety
  • comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
  • willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Follow daily production schedules and instructions from leads and supervisors
  • assemble, prepare, package, and inspect food products according to company standards
  • operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently after training
  • maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and safety guidelines
  • follow all food safety rules including GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control procedures
  • complete required production documentation such as counts, lot tracking, and labels
  • report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • assist with changeovers, setup, and cleanup as needed between product runs
  • work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  • use personal protective equipment and follow all company safety protocols
  • other duties as assigned
