Job Duties
- Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products including wrapping snack cakes into individual packaging
- Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons
- Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes
- Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment following specific stacking patterns
- Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues
- Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
