Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth processing of milk
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and freshness standards
- Assist in the pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging of milk products
- Operate and maintain blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers for milk packaging
- Inspect blow-molded containers for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe production
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues, including blow mold machinery, to supervisors promptly
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as needed
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of production and blow molding equipment
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including blow mold operations, and report discrepancies
