Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to read, speak and write English
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable and able to follow instructions
- Good math skills
- Outstanding attendance
- Production or forklift experience a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screen and physical (to wear a respirator) prior to starting work

Job Duties
- Stack and dump 55 pounds or lesser units of raw materials into the mixer
- Discharge mixed material into bags of various weights
- Pack and/or place taphole clay or plastic products into pails or boxes
- Heat seal or valve pack finished material bags
- Palletize bags of various weights and sizes
- Shrink or stretch wrap completed pallets in preparation for shipping
- Add water and/or liquids to wet mixer
- Occasionally operate forklift safely and efficiently as required after successfully passing required forklift test
- Clean mixer, equipment, and general work area
- Weigh bonds
- Perform labeling, and housekeeping
- Operate and complete warehouse movements using RF scanning equipment
- Follow company rules and regulations
- Strive to reduce accidents, personal injuries, and potential hazards
- Work safely
- Report all accidents immediately to supervision
- Report to supervisor of conditions that are believed to be unsafe or potentially hazardous
