Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of general work experience
- prior warehouse, production or equipment service experience preferred
- forklift certification is a plus
- continuing education to maintain certifications and knowledge of applicable laws
- must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
- ability to stand for long periods
- exposure to high noise levels and fast-moving equipment
- ability to work overtime and occasional weekends
- ability to use personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of general work experience
- prior warehouse, production or equipment service experience preferred
- ability to operate manufacturing equipment
- ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product
- must be detail oriented, dependable, and responsible
- ability to adapt to change in the workplace

- willingness to make timely decisions and exhibit sound judgment
- demonstrated commitment to quality and safety practices
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor equipment efficiently and replenish materials as needed
- transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area
- set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available
- visually inspect production run and document results
- determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
- responsible for meeting productivity requirements
- complete required paperwork as directed
- analyze production line to identify areas for continuous improvement
- adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness of production area and keep all work areas clean through good housekeeping
- operate forklifts in a safe manner
- conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
