Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to understand and communicate in English
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise
  • ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet and above
  • ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting
  • ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

Job Qualifications

  • basic experience troubleshooting mechanical components and systems
  • prior experience in production related work
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work overtime and different shifts with notice

Job Duties

  • operating equipment and technology tools including mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers
  • collecting product samples and supervising tank levels
  • utilizing computer systems to input and record data
  • manufacturing products to ensure they meet specifications
  • interacting with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of operations
  • operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders
  • adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
