Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- basic computer skills
- ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise
- ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet and above
- ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting
- ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
Job Qualifications
- basic experience troubleshooting mechanical components and systems
- prior experience in production related work
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic computer skills
- ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work overtime and different shifts with notice
Job Duties
- operating equipment and technology tools including mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers
- collecting product samples and supervising tank levels
- utilizing computer systems to input and record data
- manufacturing products to ensure they meet specifications
- interacting with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of operations
- operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders
- adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
