Job Requirements
- High school graduate preferred
- graduate of approved culinary program preferred
- one year of experience in a food production environment with responsibility of food production and cooking
- ability to read, interpret, and expand recipes
- routinely lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing entire shift
- ability to handle exposure to heat and cold environments
- able to safely use knives and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Read, interpret, and expand recipes
- prepare food items in accordance with recipes and production schedules
- operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, freezers, and mixers
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- lift and move heavy stock and ingredients up to 50 pounds
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- assist Chef Manager or designee in daily kitchen operations
