Job Requirements
- High school graduate preferred
- Graduate of approved culinary program preferred
- One year of experience in a food production environment with responsibility of food production and cooking
- Ability to read, interpret, and expand recipes
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to perform bending and stretching activities
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat and cold
- Ability to safely handle kitchen tools and equipment

Job Duties
- Read, interpret, and expand recipes
- Prepare and cook food products according to specified recipes and standards
- Handle kitchen equipment safely including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen work area
- Lift and move heavy stock and ingredients up to 50 pounds
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with Chef Manager or designee to ensure timely and quality food production
