- Ability to read, interpret, and expand recipes
- One year of experience in a food production environment with responsibility of food production and cooking
- Ability to stand entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts
- Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and utensils
- Willingness to work in a sanitary environment and follow safety protocols

- Minimize food waste by following correct portioning and cooking methods
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens and mixers
- Follow safety protocols to avoid injuries from heat, sharp objects, and slips
