Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food production or similar fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends, weekdays with flexible shifts including AM (7a-3p), PM (11a-7p and 4p-12a), and overnight (11p-7a) shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Understands and follow all food service health and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold all sanitation standards of all workstations and equipment
- Learn and stay up to date on all Production processes and procedures
- Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards
- Follow assigned station procedures
- mixing, rolling, scooping, cutting and forming dough
- Demonstrate proficiency in finishing production
- frying, glazing, and delivery preparation
- Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge, and operation of all kitchen equipment
- Assist in packaging + labeling production as assigned
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines assigned by Production Management team
- Adhere to all Blue Star recipes and procedures, assigned by Chef or Production Management team
- Accomplish daily, weekly, monthly cleaning assignments
