Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, climb, and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees)
- Ability to work in noisy environments with machinery exposure
- Ability to handle yeast and flour products
- Availability to work any day of the week
- Flexibility to work varying early shifts (2am, 3:30am, 5am, 7am)
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Determine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients
- Record batch data and maintain proofing library
- Achieve and maintain dough certification
- Perform metal detector checkups and monitor dough temperature, documenting accordingly
- Change dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS (dough bot) and inkjet as needed
- Check sifter tailings timely and record findings
- Report any irregularities to supervisor and manager
