Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required

Job Duties
- Assist Service Center leadership in meeting daily production goals related to safety, quality, and throughput
- Lead by example in promoting and enforcing all safety standards and procedures
- Monitor production rates and quality results to ensure shift targets are achieved
- Maintain accurate shift records, including production, shipping, receiving, and quality documentation
- Communicate daily updates on production, safety, and company initiatives to your team
- Support quality and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety Management System standards
- Train and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Maintenance, and other leaders to address operational issues and support site initiatives
