Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Leadership experience in food or beverage production
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency
- Ability to make decisions based on data and situational assessment
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to wear protective equipment and work in various environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in food or beverage production leadership role
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, and regulations
- Strong writing skills for reports, correspondence, and manuals
- Effective presentation and communication skills with managers, clients, and customers
- Spanish language skills required
- Skilled in problem-solving and reasoning
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, manufacturing software, and email communication
Job Duties
- Develop and communicate bottling strategy and blending plan using production plans
- Monitor bottling and blending progress, identify constraints, and implement action plans
- Communicate regularly with Receiving, Maintenance, Planning, and QA departments to align strategies and corrective actions
- Build and motivate competent teams to achieve production objectives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in bottling and blending processes
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and participate in SOP development and training
- Review and approve employee time and attendance records
- Ensure safety and quality training is current and documented
- Enforce company policies including GMPs and quality standards
- Maintain sanitation standards in production areas
- Perform other related duties as assigned
