Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Strong math skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to document and measure results
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
- Teamwork building skills
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
- Ability to follow procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Supervises the daily production schedule execution ensuring compliance with customer and company specifications
- Maintains or exceeds manufacturing standards, yields, and efficiencies
- Promotes continuous improvement processes throughout the facility
- Promotes quality of work life for all employees
- Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to company policies
- Trains line leads and line employees on rules, safety, good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and job expectations
- Resolves employee issues through the grievance process and recommends recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance
- Attends and completes any company sponsored training
