Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • proven experience in a manufacturing role such as production operator or team leader
  • ability to operate manufacturing machinery and tools
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • leadership skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • reliable attendance
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a production operator, team leader, or similar manufacturing role
  • experience operating manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools
  • strong practical judgment and attention to detail
  • effective communicator with solid verbal and written skills
  • demonstrated leadership ability and a positive, ethical work attitude
  • ability to lift up to 80 lbs and maintain regular, reliable attendance
  • high school diploma required
  • associate degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Manage shift’s workflows to meet daily production goals
  • troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
  • identify and correct bottlenecks
  • recommend process improvements
  • lead, coach, and support shift employees in partnership with shift leads
  • work overtime as needed
  • complete all required quality documentation including 1st Article Inspections
  • submit daily shift supervisor reports including machine/robot output and parameters
  • maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • follow scripted machine and oven shutdown procedures
  • perform additional duties as assigned
