Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- proven experience in a manufacturing role such as production operator or team leader
- ability to operate manufacturing machinery and tools
- strong attention to detail
- effective verbal and written communication skills

- physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs

- basic computer literacy

- Proven experience as a production operator, team leader, or similar manufacturing role
- experience operating manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools
- strong practical judgment and attention to detail
- effective communicator with solid verbal and written skills
- demonstrated leadership ability and a positive, ethical work attitude
- ability to lift up to 80 lbs and maintain regular, reliable attendance
- high school diploma required
- associate degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Manage shift’s workflows to meet daily production goals
- troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- identify and correct bottlenecks
- recommend process improvements
- lead, coach, and support shift employees in partnership with shift leads
- work overtime as needed
- complete all required quality documentation including 1st Article Inspections
- submit daily shift supervisor reports including machine/robot output and parameters
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- follow scripted machine and oven shutdown procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned
