Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of supervisory or management responsibilities
- Must possess general knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Self-motivated and able to coach and train others effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must pass pre-placement drug and alcohol screening
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience
- General knowledge of production operations and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
- Eligible to work unrestricted in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Job Duties
- Supervise production team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
- Enforce HR, safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards within the production area
- Collaborate with management to achieve production goals and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and promote professional growth
- Monitor production processes and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities
- Support inventory management and resource allocation as needed
