Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisory or management responsibilities
  • Must possess general knowledge of production processes and techniques
  • Self-motivated and able to coach and train others effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must pass pre-placement drug and alcohol screening

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience
  • General knowledge of production operations and techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
  • Eligible to work unrestricted in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Supervise production team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
  • Enforce HR, safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards within the production area
  • Collaborate with management to achieve production goals and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and promote professional growth
  • Monitor production processes and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities
  • Support inventory management and resource allocation as needed
