Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or 1+ years with a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Food Science
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP is required

- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and processes
- Prior experience managing people and/or teams in a high-performance work environment
Job Duties
- Coach and influence employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
- Directly manage daily activities and long-term objectives of the department
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify and eliminate root causes of manufacturing problems
- Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Ensure staff adherence to work rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Deliver quality products through continuous improvement and adherence to company standards
