- Food or chemical industry work experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Good computer skills including literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials

Job Duties
- Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements
- Understand mixing instructions and requirements
- Inventory raw materials to prep for production
- Utilize proper equipment and machinery including forklifts as required
- Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies
- Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates
- Assess and rectify problems on all equipment
- Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures
- Conduct product testing as required by KORE
- Oversight of calibration program
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
