Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Food or chemical industry work experience preferred
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good computer skills including literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials

Job Duties

  • Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements
  • Understand mixing instructions and requirements
  • Inventory raw materials to prep for production
  • Utilize proper equipment and machinery including forklifts as required
  • Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies
  • Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates
  • Assess and rectify problems on all equipment
  • Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures
  • Conduct product testing as required by KORE
  • Oversight of calibration program
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
