Job Requirements
- have a high school diploma or g.e.d.
- have previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 months
- have forklift experience
- be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills
- be capable to complete multiple tasks
- demonstrate good knowledge of microsoft suite (ms office) programs

Job Duties
- following batch instructions to weight batches, charge and mix inks
- understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
- monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as needed
- following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates
- following procedures to filter, package and label inks
- making quality control adjustments as instructed
- weighing quantities of raw materials
- operating one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner
- packaging finished product
- operating a forklift
