Job Requirements
- Six months previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- six months of previous job history
- dependable transportation
- ability to follow company policies, practices, procedures
Job Qualifications
- Six months previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- six months of previous job history
- willingness to learn
- previous experience with Red Zone
- understanding of SQF, GMP's, FSMA, People Safety, Food Safety, Food Quality requirements
- clear understanding and proven abilities in managing multiple priorities
- knowledge and ability to perform as backup to any assembly/test position
Job Duties
- Mixes ingredients according to company directions
- loads mixtures into machines
- safely runs machines and notifies supervisor of any problems with machinery
- sets up packing supplies according to company protocol
- safely packages product according to protocols
- ensures that production and outsourced labor are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment and monitors employee use of such equipment
- reviews records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials
