Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must possess a high school diploma or GED
- must be able to read write and comprehend English
- must be flexible to work any shift during a 24-hour period 1st 2nd 3rd and any variation of shift length 8 hours or 12 hours
- must be available to work weekends holidays and overtime
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- must have the ability to understand and perform basic mathematics
- must possess basic computer knowledge with ability to find and enter information
- must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors and support staff
- must participate in problem resolution
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- must be able to read write and comprehend English
- experience in manufacturing or food manufacturing environment preferred
- knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP preferred
- familiarity with Safe Quality Foods SQF standards preferred
- understanding of Autonomous and Preventative Maintenance preferred
- knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices preferred
- familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP or LPR preferred
Job Duties
- Operate processing and or packaging equipment
- operate a fork truck
- follow and interpret information from processes including performing various quality checks
- follow Autonomous Maintenance Programs including cleaning inspecting and lubricating equipment
- observe all safety procedures good manufacturing practices and good housekeeping practices
