Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in production or manufacturing environment a plus
- ability to lift and move items weighing up to 65 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, climb ladders, crawl under equipment, and work in tight spaces
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- willingness to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with OSHA safety requirements
Job Qualifications
- Basic literacy skills including ability to read and comprehend instructions and standard operating procedures
- experience in production or manufacturing environment a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Operates and monitors production machinery on the production line
- ensures compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety protocols
- attends OSHA training and follows OSHA requirements
- maintains high standards of food safety, legality, quality, and customer service
- physically handles materials weighing up to 65 pounds
- performs tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, crawling, and working in tight spaces
- works variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
