Job Duties
- Mix and coordinate raw materials for product batches
- Operate machinery to process mixed materials into final products
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with team members and management
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues
- Work safely and report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Communicate process inefficiencies and supply needs to supervision
- Cover breaks and absences of team members
