Job Requirements
- Associate's degree
- 3-5 years of media production experience
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Experience using hand tools and technical electronic evaluation equipment
- Willingness to work in demanding, time-sensitive live event environments
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of operation and analysis of audiovisual equipment including CCTV, video projectors, monitors, mixing and amplification equipment, speaker systems and LED systems
- Ability to develop both static and AVI graphics
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating technical contractors and training staff
- Associate's degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of media production experience
Job Duties
- Support operation, maintenance and repair of advanced technical production equipment including Daktronics LED video boards, scoring equipment, sound and mic systems, production lighting and graphics development
- Schedule production and maintenance staff to support all events including venue buildings and infrastructure
- Oversee payroll timecard submissions for staff
- Provide WIFI internet technical support for in-house events, promoters, vendors, and ticketed audiences
- Coordinate with staff, vendors and suppliers on setup, monitoring and operation of audio/visual equipment for various events
- Stay informed on current industry developments in technology and equipment
- Coordinate and supervise technical contractors ensuring quality and timely completion of work
- Assist with training full-time and part-time staff on sound, lighting and LED systems
- Manage production and maintenance credit card purchases
- Perform all other duties as assigned
