Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event production or related field
- ability to work full-time 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime
- capacity to lift weights of 25 to 80 pounds regularly
- must respond quickly to sounds and emergencies
- ability to navigate uneven terrain and confined spaces safely
- capability to climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- ability to wear personal protective equipment for most of the day
- must have a clean driving record
- possession of basic hand tools including multi-tool and screwdrivers
- must have personal cell phone capable of emailing calling and texting
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- must travel up to 35 percent for work
- availability to work evenings and weekends when required

Job Duties
- Conduct pre-production meetings site visits and client meetings
- collaborate with CAD team on drawings and designs
- create gear specifications and accurate equipment pull sheets
- plan and manage production timelines
- submit trucking and heavy machinery requests via ClickUP
- provide post-production feedback through show reports
- participate in internal production meetings
- work with account management and labor teams to secure staff
- coordinate sub-rentals and schedule machinery
- manage production schedule logistics
- arrange travel and accommodations for staff
- submit per diem requests to accounting
- supervise staff and contractors on-site
- oversee equipment and sub-rentals
- manage client needs and expectations
- ensure strict adherence to event timelines
- plan ahead to keep crew moving continuously
- perform additional duties as assigned
- assist across departments as needed
- adhere to company policies and procedures
