Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • confidence in communication both written and verbal
  • ability to travel for 1-10 days in markets within the Southeast
  • excellent communication skills
  • travel expectations up to 65 percent annually
  • ability to utilize Excel for spreadsheets and basic formulas
  • a result-oriented and goal-oriented person
  • possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is eager to build a team in new and existing markets
  • associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Determine appropriate staffing levels for production services requested by clients and input data into proprietary software
  • price production services to ensure services meet profitability targets and align with client needs
  • maintain up-to-date spreadsheet of events and calendar for recruiting activities
  • keep a geographic staff list updated as new team members are added or removed
  • build relationships with third-party production and logistics companies within margin guidelines
  • communicate directly with clients regarding current and future needs for setup, strike, and steaming
  • prepare, arrange and assign jobs by location, service level, and volume within geographic areas
  • create and receive purchase orders for third-party vendors
  • submit payroll to internal and external partners
  • manage and perform on-site production services
  • recruit, interview, and hire targeted hire count per market
  • communicate with HR regarding staffing opportunities, payroll, and team updates
