Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of professional live sound experience in church, touring, or broadcast environments
  • proficiency with audio, lighting, and video production equipment
  • ability to lead and train volunteers
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • availability to work weekends including Sundays
  • passion for ministry and creating distraction-free worship experiences

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years of professional live sound experience
  • deep understanding of audio signal flow, RF coordination, and mixing for modern worship environments
  • experience with lighting design, video switching, and broadcast systems
  • proficiency with Midas consoles and Waves SuperRack software
  • proven ability to lead, equip, and inspire volunteers
  • strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • passion for excellence, teamwork, and worship ministry

Job Duties

  • manage all audio, lighting, video, and staging production aspects from concept to implementation
  • collaborate with the Creative Director and Worship Directors for multiple worship services
  • schedule, recruit, and train volunteers to operate AVL equipment
  • develop detailed notes and cues for leadership to execute services smoothly
  • oversee maintenance and functionality of all AVL equipment within the facility
  • ensure seamless and distraction-free worship experiences
  • troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to technical challenges during live events
