- previous leadership experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Serve Safe Certification
- minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation
