Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
  • Serve Safe Certification
  • minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation
  • commitment to uphold McMarro policies and standards
