Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fresh baked goods, bread and roll facility or process manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead pre-shift and lead meetings during scheduled shifts
- Promote safety through coaching and training initiatives
- Keep accurate production counts for all products
- Implement company initiatives including manufacturing transformation, ODI record keeping, and SOPs
- Ensure QCPs are filled out accurately for all positions in production areas
- Train newly hired associates
- Manage breaks for associates on the line
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S and housekeeping standards
- Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure compliance by all associates
- Assure all aspects of production are conducted and tasks performed as required
- Perform duties with little or no supervision
- Enter daily production data in ODI and Oracle when responsible
