Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • three years of related experience required, five or more preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
  • experience in a demanding production setting preferred
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • familiarity with editorial style guides
  • experience providing light copy editing or proofreading preferred
  • strong time management skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • experience with QR code creator/generator applications preferred
  • proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • some post-secondary education or college coursework preferred
  • three years of related experience required, five or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage job requests through the Work Request System
  • assist with project tracking and workflow organization
  • process invoices and chargebacks
  • coordinate with vendors
  • support translation workflows and distribution of printed and promotional materials
  • contribute to design assignments including layouts, resizing, and simple graphics
  • provide copy editing and proofreading support
  • offer administrative support including label management, reporting, and archival documentation
