Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • basic kitchen math skills
  • availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
  • ability to follow detailed production procedures
  • no food allergen restrictions due to exposure in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • Hands-on culinary experience in a high-volume or manufacturing kitchen
  • strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen workflows
  • ability to operate large-scale kitchen equipment
  • reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • team-oriented mindset
  • ServSafe certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items at scale using industrial kitchen equipment
  • rotate through kitchen stations including combi ovens, tilt skillets, flat tops, grills, tumblers, and slicers
  • follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent food quality
  • maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
  • complete large batch cooking efficiently and accurately
  • manage kitchen math and production guides
  • collaborate and communicate actively with team members
