Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in quantity food preparation and short order cooking
- working knowledge of Federal and State regulatory standards for safety and sanitation
- preferred culinary degree
- preferred Serve Safe certification
- preferred experience in healthcare food service
- ability to utilize food production equipment
- competency in handling special dietary needs and behaviors appropriate to patient age
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and cook various foods in quantity for meal service
- perform cold food production duties for patients, cafeteria, and deli station
- utilize food production equipment effectively
- adhere to Federal and State safety and sanitation standards
- attend to special dietary needs of patients
- collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen staff
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
