- Food service line cook or lead cook experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Serv Safe or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare foods according to recipe specifications and procedures
- Ensure food products meet quality, taste, appearance, and freshness standards
- Record product temperatures and monitor holding times
- Meet production deadlines and commitments
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and food storage standards
- Assist with serving customers and provide world-class customer service
- Minimize food waste through proper portioning and preparing needed amounts
