  • Food service line cook or lead cook experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Serv Safe or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare foods according to recipe specifications and procedures
  • Ensure food products meet quality, taste, appearance, and freshness standards
  • Record product temperatures and monitor holding times
  • Meet production deadlines and commitments
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and food storage standards
  • Assist with serving customers and provide world-class customer service
  • Minimize food waste through proper portioning and preparing needed amounts
