Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours per day
- ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- ability to work in temperatures ranging from freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- must demonstrate punctuality, grooming, and work readiness
- must work all scheduled shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- 6-12 months retail experience

- good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets
- prepares food items according to recipe to ensure quality and consistency
- ensures that all prepared items are labeled, dated, covered, monitored for quality and freshness, and rotated
- monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner
- provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers effectively and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- attends required trainings and meetings
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
