Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to obtain a food handler's card
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food for assigned venue in accordance with menu standards
- follow recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and quality
- maintain proper food presentation and timeliness of service
- store and handle food correctly to prevent waste and spoilage
- uphold cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools
- maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times
- promote the Big Six values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe
