- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, varying by business needs and client requirements
- Help reduce food waste
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
