- Previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekend afternoon and evening shifts
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow directions and food safety protocols

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an ala carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
- Contribute to reducing food waste and maintaining a safe, healthy working environment
- Support team members and collaborate effectively within the kitchen and service areas
