  • 0 to 2 years of previous related experience preferred
  • ability to work weekend afternoon and evening shifts
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to follow recipes and safety protocols
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties safely

Job Duties

  • accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen work area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
