- willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

- prior experience in cooking preferred but not required
- reliable attendance and punctuality

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a food preparation or kitchen environment is beneficial

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations and/or operate a grill station
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, differing among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
- contribute to reducing food waste by efficient kitchen practices
- maintain a healthy and safe working environment
