Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience operating machinery
  • Willingness to work the 3rd shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Ability to monitor and adjust conveyor grill settings
  • Must follow safety and food quality protocols
  • Must maintain regular attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience operating machinery
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
  • Ability to follow safety and quality standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights and overtime
  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • Commitment to attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
  • Monitor quality of product removes substandard product
  • Monitor flow of product and flippers
  • Adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
  • Record information about process speed, waste and weight
  • Check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
  • Monitor internal temperatures for the Cook and Chill step including observations and measurements to assess CCP for HACCP
  • Understand safety, food safety (SQF) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) standards
  • Clean and sanitize workstation equipment according to PPE requirements
  • Report food safety issues or concerns to supervisors or management
