Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year or more of machinery operating experience
  • ability to follow safety protocols including PPE requirements
  • ability to work onsite in Kent, Washington
  • willingness to work 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • ability to maintain regular attendance
  • must adhere to company code of conduct policy

Job Qualifications

  • One year or more experience operating machinery
  • ability to follow safety, food safety and good manufacturing practices standards
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work varying hours and shifts including overtime
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • commitment to continuous improvement and receiving feedback

Job Duties

  • Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
  • monitor quality of product removes substandard product
  • monitor flow of product and flippers
  • adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
  • record information about process speed, waste and weight
  • check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
  • monitor internal temperatures for the "Cook and Chill" step including observations and measurements to assess whether the critical control point is being met for HACCP
