Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience operating machinery
  • ability to follow safety and quality protocols
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work second shift 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • ability to work onsite at Kent Washington location
  • flexibility to work varying hours and occasional overtime

  • knowledge of food safety standards such as SQF GMP and HACCP
  • ability to follow quality and productivity standards

Job Duties

  • observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
  • monitor quality of product removes substandard product
  • monitor flow of product and flippers
  • adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
  • record information about process speed waste and weight
  • check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
  • monitor internal temperatures for the cook and chill step including observations and measurements to assess whether the critical control point is being met for HACCP
