Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery
  • Ability to monitor product quality and adjust equipment settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and SQF
  • Ability to clean and sanitize equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work early shifts and overtime
  • Compliance with company code of conduct
  • Physical capability to perform job duties
  • Reliable attendance record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and quality standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills for recording data
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
  • Monitor quality of product and remove substandard product
  • Monitor flow of product and flippers
  • Adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
  • Record information about process speed, waste and weight
  • Check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
  • Monitor internal temperatures during cook and chill steps to ensure HACCP critical control points
  • Understand and comply with safety, food safety (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
  • Clean and sanitize workstation equipment including cookers, depositors, conveyors, floors, and walls according to PPE requirements
  • Follow ladder safety and proper water and drain management protocols
  • Report food safety issues or concerns to supervisors or management
