Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy materials consistently
- willingness to work the 1st shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
- capability to work in a non-union, fast-paced production environment
- compliance with all safety and quality protocols
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to use basic computer or inspection systems for data entry
- physical ability to handle extreme temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs above your head
- ability to perform well under stress
- able to work in extremes of hot and cold temperatures
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and with others
- must follow safe work practices
- ensure quality products are packaged
- responsible for following all food safety policies and safety procedures
- knowledge of Q-RMP standards as defined by accountability list document

Job Duties
- Adhere to a strict attendance policy
- check viscosity of soup
- wash and sanitize kettles after every formula
- process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
- fill out paperwork and IQS entries and inspections
- load ingredients into kettle
- take samples to QA
- retrieve and return containers from prep and blanch
- verify product quality, item numbers, weights, HAACP checks
- follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- perform other duties as assigned
