- Two years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Experience dispatching material and parts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability
- Compiles records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock, inventory, or production
- Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between departments according to production and shipping schedules
- Assists in identifying possible and actual shortages and initiates corrective actions
- Communicates with production, procurement, and engineering departments to address potential problems and suggest solutions
- Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures
- Establishes sequence and lead time for each operation to meet shipping deadlines
