Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or related field
  • Ability to dispatch material and/or parts
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • No relocation assistance available
  • No travel required
  • U.S. citizenship required for certain restricted positions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience
  • Experience dispatching material and/or parts
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control
  • Compile records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock, or in production
  • Expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments following production and shipping schedules
  • Assist in identifying and correcting possible and actual material shortages
  • Use knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert authorities of potential problems and recommend remedial actions
  • Estimate and log production rate and time expenditures
  • Establish sequence and lead time of operations to meet shipping dates
