Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or related field
- Ability to dispatch material and/or parts
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- No relocation assistance available
- No travel required
- U.S. citizenship required for certain restricted positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience
- Experience dispatching material and/or parts
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control
- Compile records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock, or in production
- Expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments following production and shipping schedules
- Assist in identifying and correcting possible and actual material shortages
- Use knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert authorities of potential problems and recommend remedial actions
- Estimate and log production rate and time expenditures
- Establish sequence and lead time of operations to meet shipping dates
