Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in operations or logistics
  • Familiarity with airline-specific database systems (LINK, CBASE, ACE) is highly desirable
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead and participate in daily team meetings to align priorities and communicate updates
  • Ensure workstations are properly set up at the start of each shift and maintained throughout
  • Monitor and enforce Gold Standards in production processes
  • Verify that all food items are properly dated and rotated according to FIFO standards
  • Ensure team members arrive on time, follow uniform guidelines, and use equipment correctly
  • Create, maintain, and update department production paperwork and operational databases
  • Support the implementation of LEAN processes and ensure ongoing adherence across the department
  • Guarantee compliance with all regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP) and maintain accurate logs
  • Review and share Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) data and flight attendant comments with teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall department success
