Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or minimum of five years in high-volume food production
- Minimum of three years in institutional or healthcare food service
- Experience in scratch cooking including butchery, sauces, and baked goods
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and nutritional standards for patient care
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage a team and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- ServSafe certification and State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen

Job Duties
- Lead daily food production for patient meals, cafeteria service, and catered events
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, portion control, and sanitation protocols
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely meal service
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients
- Maintain accurate production records and follow standardized recipes
- Collaborate with dietitians and food service managers to meet nutritional goals
- Other duties as assigned
